Helorai · How it works

Three beats between your photos and your movie.

Watch a sample, meet your cast, then deal your first movie. That is the whole journey — and none of it is a gate. You can start a movie right now and skip this page entirely.

Beat 1 · Watch

Watch a sample first.

This is Elora's Fallen Star — a sample movie made from one family’s photos and choices, with their kids as animated story characters. Your movie is built the same way: your cast, your story, your ending.

Sample movie — a silent animatic shown as a stand-in deliverable. The production pipeline is not yet connected.

Beat 2 · Cast

Meet your cast.

Every movie starts with character sheets built from photos — one per person, locked so the same face, hair, and outfit hold across every scene. You approve each sheet before anything is made, and children always appear as animated story characters, never as photo-likeness. This is the demo family whose sample you just watched:

Beat 3 · Deal

Deal your first movie.

The express path does the work: give it one line — an idea or an occasion — and it deals the whole movie around it: the cast, a look, a story, the details. Everything arrives pre-filled, and you can change anything before you order. Leave the line blank and it deals a movie from nothing.

Prefer to choose step by step? Open the builder and take the long way round — every choice is a menu there too: pick a preset, tap Surprise me, or use your own.

That’s the whole tour.

Watch, cast, deal — or skip straight to the movie. Your photos, your people, your ending.
